great check up on my eyesight - thorough and clear to understand - next to no waiting time at my appointment - wonderful new lenses ... and then I broke one of my favorite sunglasses (frame) and they fixed it for me for free although it was a frame not bought at the store ... always friendly - great staff. The vast selection of frames is outstanding and unique for our area.
Overall a good experience at this eye clinic. Dr. Chartier was very nice and did a good job with my contact lenses, I really like them. I would recommend this office
I ran out of contacts unexpectedly and Norway Eye Care got me in the same day. I got to appt early and was taken back right away. Friendly, caring staff took care of all my contact and billing needs. Dr. Chartier took the time to explain and educate me on things i was doing wrong with my eye care. Even though I was skeptical, he changed my contacts, assuring me I would love them and he was right! It cleared up eye problems I've had for years! I never felt rushed to make decisions and over all I was very comfortable with the appointment start to finish. I would recommend this clinic for your eye care needs!
Very Enjoyable experience at Norway Eye Care. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the Doctors were thorough and answered all my questions. There was an issue with my insurance coverage but it has handled very well by the front desk and billers and things were figured out promptly. Plan on returning with the rest of my family. Thank you!
